Roscoe Brown has three professional technicians on staff with more than 20 years' experience and nine professional technicians with more than 10 years' experience.  All technicians have extensive experience with more than 70 brands of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. 

Additionally, 80 percent of our technicians are North American Technician Excellence (NATE)-certified.  NATE certification reflects a consensus opinion of what technicians needs to know in order to effectively service and install today's sophisticated HVAC systems. Our technicians are factory-trained to service the most up-to-date equipment such as geothermal heat pumps, variable refrigerant flow ductless split systems, as well as working with the new R410a refrigerant, and traditional and the new, condensing tankless water heaters.
