Commercial Service Agreements
We offer a Programmed Maintenance
Agreement (PMA) tailored specifically for your business. We provide you with a free PMA estimate to cover your specific maintenance needs.
It is to your
company’s benefit to keep your HVAC equipment operation at peak efficiency. Our
PMA program is customized to meet all of the unique requirements of your
specific HVAC equipment. It's
designed to increase the life expectancy of your
equipment over that of improperly maintained equipment---making sure
your equipment lasts as long as possible and postponing costly
replacements.
Providing a safe and comfortable working environment has been proven to
maximize employee output while offering an inviting place for your customers to
visit. Part of providing a comfortable workplace includes having well
maintained heating and air conditioning equipment that will continue to perform day-in and day-out.
RBI's maintenance program is
designed to reduce the cost of operating and maintaining your HVAC systems.
Studies show that our type of maintenance program can help you:
Avoid expensive
downtime, employee productivity losses, or tenant turnover
Avoid utility waste
costs by up to 20%
Extending the useful
life of your equipment by 20% or more
Reduce administrative
costs associated with managing HVAC services
We can help you
control your overall maintenance costs with an optimum blend of predictive,
diagnostic and scheduled maintenance tasking services. With us, you can rest assured your
system efficiency will be maintained at its optimum level and operating costs
and productivity losses will be reduced to a minimum.
Our goal at Roscoe Brown, Inc. is to help you
control your overall maintenance costs with an optimum blend of predictive,
diagnostic and scheduled maintenance services.
After we begin the PMA, your system’s efficiency will be maintained at
its optimum level and operating costs and productivity losses will be reduced
to a minimum.
Environmental requirements may have changed since your
original HVAC equipment was installed. Your first line of defense against
possible environmental complaints is proof of a verifiable maintenance program
that provides for proper ventilation, filter changes and comfort control.
RBI can provide a detailed Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)
analysis as part of our services. That
information will provide you with a record of the levels of particulates,
volatile organic compounds (harmful or odor producing gases) and carbon
monoxide levels. The indoor temperature and humidity levels will be compared to
the outside conditions during the testing period. Each measurement is then compared
to acceptable national standards using a very understandable graphical report.
If anything is found to be outside the standard conditions, RBI will provide a
free proposal to make economical improvements.
