The company began its operations in 1940 when Roscoe Brown first opened his own business: Roscoe Brown’s Tin Shop. Over the years, the business grew and changed, and in 1969 Roscoe’s son, Gary Brown, began leading the company.
Today, grandson Norman Brown is President and General Manager of Roscoe Brown, Inc., continuing the three-generation legacy of performing the highest quality work, listening to customers, and being responsive day-in and day-out.

I can't complain about them, I really can't! I have a whole list of other companies I could complain about, but not Roscoe Brown! We've used Roscoe Brown for about ten years for three of our homes. It's always a great job! I've been using Roscoe Brown for years and years. The reason why I ever chose them in the first place, is because I knew Roscoe Brown as a person when he was alive. I trusted Roscoe completely, he was a good worker and a wonderful person. Norman is a really good person too! Everyone there are really good people to work with! We get cleanings twice a year, and they keep our units in very good shape.
The company has grown like crazy since Roscoe first started it, so to me, that says they definitely know what they're doing. I think they must have a good program of how they train their employees because they are all highly dependable, very professional and do excellent work.

Everyone deserves a little pat on the back! Roscoe Brown is fabulous! I've used them for service and maintenance, but this last time was an emergency! Of course it was a hot day when the compressor blew up in my AC unit. They were able to come right out that very day and diagnose it. It needed to be replaced. A little over an hour later, someone came out to my house to talk to me about my different options.
I was in Nashville and on my way home when I called Roscoe Brown to let them know I had my funds in order and we could go ahead with the new unit. I was home probably ten minutes when the first crew arrived. They were ready to work! They were amazing! They tore out and removed the old one. Then the second crew arrived and they worked on the electrical part of it. Everyone that came to my house were prompt, very professional and nice. By that afternoon, I had my whole house cooled down again! I'd definitely use them again!

Easy to deal with and they do what they say! We've been using Roscoe Brown since probably 2003 or 2004. They always came when they said they were going to come. They just put in a heating and cooling unit two weeks ago. A whole bunch of people from Roscoe Brown came. They were careful and put their footies on. They took out some insulation but they vacuumed it clean for us. They did exactly what they should have done, the work was good, and everything's working.
We originally found Roscoe Brown in the phone book and we were looking for something in the area to keep our tax dollars in our county. We found them, checked them on the Better Business Bureau, and called them. That's usually what we do for these kinds of things. They had put in the big heating and cooling system before, and now they come twice a year to check the system. They also did a little work on the old unit to keep it running as long as it could, but we installed two new pieces two weeks ago. Roscoe Brown is easy to deal with and they do what they say they're going to do!
